Ruidoso-area residents can get in-person help with New Mexico Home Recovery Program applications and document submission at the Ruidoso Public Library.
The Home Recovery Program provides housing recovery support for disaster-impacted households in Lincoln and Chaves Counties. Eligible homeowners may receive assistance with home repairs, reconstruction, or new home construction.
Residents must apply and meet program eligibility requirements.
