Get in-person help with New Mexico Home Recovery Program applications and document submission at the Ruidoso Public Library. Workshops are available on scheduled days from 9:00 AM–4:30 PM through December 17, 2026, for residents seeking housing recovery assistance following disasters in Lincoln and Chaves Counties.

The Ruidoso Public Library Teen Scene is a weekly club offering creative, hands-on programs and recommended reading just for teens ages 11 to 18.

Weekly StoryTime

Join in the fun with weekly stories, songs, and more, each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., which encourage the development of early literacy skills. Ages 0-8.

Baby and Me (ages 0-3 years)

Infants and their families or caregivers will hear stories and learn stories and rhymes together Tuesdays at 10:30 am. For babies, birth to 18 months old.
